Our rooms offers king-, queen- and double-sized rooms with both smoking and non-smoking available. Every room has it's own temperature control and cable television. We also have a outdoor swimming pool (open seasonal), picnic area and guest mini-refrigerator & microwave. A complimentary continental breakfast is served fresh in our lobby from June-September every morning.(Continental Breakfast is only served seasonally) We offer AARP, Military, Police & Fire Discounted rates. Berkshire Inn Cancellation policy: Full refund of all deposits paid hereto will be made provided that cancellation occurs at least 7 days before scheduled arrival. If cancellation occurs less then 7 days before scheduled arrival, there will be penalty of 1 night stay and will be charged from guest account.
